Tribute To Gandalf The Grey. Andrea Marino

 

Here's another unexpected work, a tribute to Gandalf the Grey (Lord of the Rings character), a subject that I made on behalf of a friend. A job that I thought I could accomplish in one night, I had little time and I cimentai at my own risk, and I must say that the result is satisfactory in my opinion, I used watercolor pencils, to get a result quickly and effectively, there are those who consider them color unprofessional, but a big stupid, any tool if used professionally also becomes professional. Ecco un altro inaspettato lavoro, un tributo a Gandalf il grigio (personaggio del signore degli anelli), un soggetto che ho realizzato per conto di un amico. Un lavoro che non credevo di poter realizzare in una notte, avevo poco tempo e mi cimentai a mio rischio e pericolo, e devo dire che il risultato a parere mio è soddisfacente, ho utilizzato le matite acquerellabili, per avere un risultato rapido e efficace, c’è chi li considera colori poco professionali, ma e una grossa stupidaggine, qualunque strumento se utilizzato con professionalità diventa anch’esso professionale.  Ci vediamo al prossimo lavoro

Tribute to Fabrizio De Andrè. Andrea Marino

This work is not born by chance, but it is a gift that I have done to my father, because for him Fabrizio De Andrè is the maximum musical expression. In this work I had the responsibility and obligation to bring him well I hope you like it, and I hope that is seen by many people as possible, this is one of the last portraits before the break of Outside Artists, will be returning with new shows, news and events new. The portrait was done on paper 33X 48 cut in with watercolor pencils, my goal was to return the pathos that characterizes all the songs Fabrizio De Andrè

Quest'ultimo lavoro non è nato a caso, ma è un regalo che io ho fatto a mio padre, in quanto per lui Fabrizio De André è la massima espressione musicale. In questo lavoro avevo la responsabilità e l'obbligo di farlo venire bene io spero vi piaccia, e spero che venga visto da più gente possibile, questo è uno degli ultimi ritratti prima della pausa di Outside Artists, ritorneremo con nuove mostre, novità e eventi nuovi. Il ritratto è stato fatto su foglio 33X 48 tagliato da sotto, con matite acquerellabili, il mio obiettivo è stato restituire il pathos che caratterizza tutte le canzoni di Fabrizio De Andrè

Tribute to Nihal from the Book Le Cronache del Mondo Emerso

SCRITTO DA ANDREA MARINO:Una altro inaspettato lavoro, non credevo di poterlo fare in 4 ore sono sorpreso e incredulo, tendo forse a  essere pessimista? ad ogni modo questo è un lavoro commissionato da un mio caro amico che lo desiderava tanto, si tratta di Nihal la protagonista del libro Le Cronache del mondo emerso di Licia Troisi, una collane di tre libri, io onestamente non conoscevo questo personaggio, però disegnandolo ne ho provato fascino. Spero che piaccia anche a voi e spero di non  essere stato superbo, non so esprimermi diversamente in merito

Tribute to Maurizio Raciti founder Rama Car System

Here's the latest unexpected work that I had to do for gratitude, after the prestigious event organized by Rama to which we have participated of Outside Artists, I as the founder I decided to do a tribute to Maurizio Raciti, founder of Rama car system, a 'workshop that deals with stereos, Tuning and more relevant to the sound. Maurizio Raciti began as a humble electrician, then majored in radio systems, and one day when they have an old Renault 4 decided to apply its expertise in innovative ways on the field, becoming a pioneer of tuning and processing of sound in the car and in general, earning mentions in articles in magazines and regional TV. What you see pictured here is the workhorse of Maurizio so loved the Renault 4, this car was made in both Germany and France collecting greatest hits and accompanying Maurizio during his career. Long story short, I have portrayed the war horse and rider (Mauritius) thanks again on behalf of Outside Artists

Ecco l'ultimo inaspettato lavoro che mi toccava per riconoscenza fare, dopo il prestigioso evento organizzato da Rama a cui  noi  di Outside Artists abbiamo partecipato, io in quanto fondatore ho deciso di fare un tributo a Maurizio Raciti, fondatore di Rama car sistem, un'officina che si occupa di impianti HI-FI , Tuning e tanto altro attinente al suono. Maurizio Raciti ha cominciato come umile elettricista, successivamente si specializzò negli impianti radio, e un giorno avendo a disposizione una vecchia Renault 4 decise di applicare in modo innovativo la sua esperienza sul campo, diventando un vero pioniere del Tuning e delle elaborazioni del suono nelle auto e in generale, guadagnandosi articoli su riviste e menzioni nelle TV regionali. Quella che vedete qui raffigurata è il cavallo di battaglia tanto amato da Maurizio la Renault 4, questa auto è stata presentata sia in Germania che in Francia collezionando  grandi successi e accompagnando Maurizio nel corso della sua carriera. Per farla breve ho raffigurato il cavallo di battaglia e il cavaliere ( Maurizio) grazie ancora a nome di Outside Artists

Tribute to Marv, Sin City. Andrea Marino

A subject that has always required two days of completion of sheet 33x48 album with watercolor pencils, we are talking about the Marv character from the film by Quentin Tarantino, Sin City, this work has been created on behalf of a person, it's not relevant appointing for the rest I can tell you that I am very passionate about Andrea Marino Sin Sity and jealously cherish an action figure of that Marv.
